At Mega Sport, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are in their original shoe box or packaging.

  Fill Return Form

  Complete the return form included in your original shipment or download it from our website to specify if you want a refund or exchange.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized Mega Sport branch or send it back to our central warehouse via a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Confirmation

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
